Course Starting Tuesday 23rd February 2016, 7.30-9.30pm for six weeks, here at the Evergreen Clinic of Natural Medicine.

Learn how to tap into one of Nature’s Best Medicines to help enhance your health, restore your energy, uplift your mind and refresh your spirit.
You will learn: How to use essential oils safely & effectively for you and your family. The physical and emotional benefits of over 25 oils. Which oils and techniques can help boost your immune system, promote self healing and de-stress. Specific oils to help common ailments such as colds, aches and pains, headaches, indigestion, depression, etc. How to make your own skincare blends.

The course will be led by Eileen Doody, M.I.F.A., M.I.M.T.A., CST-T., who has practiced aromatherapy at the Evergreen Clinic of Natural Medicine for more than twenty years. Eileen also practices CranioSacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

The cost is €99 for the six evenings. This includes course notes and materials.
